Found on Negley Ave in Squirrel Hill. I don’t know if this is graffiti. Or an advertisement? Weird !
Saw some elephants around today. Bloomfield/Squirrel Hill. One is a sticker. The other two are drawings on sidewalks. I’m not sure of the medium- paint pen? Any ideas?
Looks like the city is trying to paint over graffiti. But taggers gonna tag, you know?
I think this person either likes the band, Rancid, or is commenting on the state of affairs?

A helpful reader pointed out that the Hebrew translates to:

These are shameful and racist sentiments, and it’s sad to see them put in such a permanent form and put on display in our city.
