Saw some elephants around today. Bloomfield/Squirrel Hill. One is a sticker. The other two are drawings on sidewalks. I’m not sure of the medium- paint pen? Any ideas?

RANCID. Looks like the city is trying to paint over graffiti. But taggers gonna tag, you know?I think this person either likes the band, Rancid, or is commenting on the state of affairs?

A helpful reader pointed out that the Hebrew translates to:
NO ARABS, NO TERRORIST ATTACKS, and KAHANE WAS RIGHT
These are shameful and racist sentiments, and it’s sad to see them put in such a permanent form and put on display in our city.
We didn’t know, and so we thought you should know, too.
